Building P2PP

(TODO: Add more detailed explanation on creating installers)

To test your modifications contributed to P2PP, use the following command in your terminal:

python setup.py build

Your application will be situated inside the /build folder of the project.
Note the file path to use it inside PrusaSlicer as a Post Processing script.
